ROOF REPAIR
Brad Berekoff
President/Founder
If your roof is leaking give us a call, we love problem solving on roofs, it’s what we do best. Most often a roof leak is reparable without having to replace your entire roof.
A roof leak is a sign/symptom of a deeper problem. Fixing the sign or symptom and not the cause of it would not be fixing the issue at all. This is why we don’t just apply some roof tar to the top of your shingles to temporarily stop the leak. All of our repairs involve completely removing an isolated area and replacing that area with a peel and stick membrane before the new shingles and flashings are installed.
We will give you all the options and information needed for you to make the best decision possible. Our mission is to educate and empower customers the best way we can.

When you contact The Great Canadian Roof Doctor we will start with gathering intel over the phone. We will ask about your roofs history and any photos that the customer may have to be sent to us. This allows us to stream line a game plan so we can offer pricing right over the phone. If necessary we will schedule an initial in person assessment of your roof. A roof doctor will visit your property to inspect the roof’s condition, identify any issues, and assess the extent of the repairs needed.
The roofing expert will thoroughly examine your roof to detect leaks, damaged shingles, deteriorated flashing, or any other issues. They may also check for underlying problems like rot or structural damage.
After the evaluation, the roofing company will provide you with a detailed quotation outlining the repairs required, the materials needed, and the estimated cost for the job.
We will coordinate with you to set a date for the roofing repairs that works best for both parties. This is typically dependent on weather conditions and the availability of the roofing team.
On the scheduled day, the roofing crew will arrive at your property with the necessary equipment and materials. They will begin the repairs following industry best practices and safety guidelines.
We will address the identified issues, which might include replacing damaged shingles, fixing leaks, resealing flashing, or addressing structural problems. We will use high-quality materials to ensure the longevity of the repairs.
After the repairs, the crew will clean up any debris or materials left behind during the process, leaving your property in the same condition as when we arrived.
The final balance is due upon completion.
