ROOF REPAIR PROCESS

We will ask about your roofs history and any photos that the customer may have to be sent to us. This allows us to stream line a game plan so we can offer pricing right over the phone. If necessary we will schedule an initial in person assessment of your roof. A roof doctor will visit your property to inspect the roof’s condition, identify any issues, and assess the extent of the repairs needed.
  2. Damage Evaluation:     The roofing expert will thoroughly examine your roof to detect leaks, damaged shingles, deteriorated flashing, or any other issues. They may also check for underlying problems like rot or structural damage.
  3. Quotation: After the evaluation, the roofing company will provide you with a detailed quotation outlining the repairs required, the materials needed, and the estimated cost for the job.
  4. Scheduling: We will coordinate with you to set a date for the roofing repairs that works best for both parties. This is typically dependent on weather conditions and the availability of the roofing team.
